Our aim is to ensure you are happy with the entire service you receive at CareHealth and you would recommend us to your family and friends. Following your scan, you will be given the opportunity to complete our Patient Satisfaction Survey. This is an anonymous form, which guides us in continually assessing and improving the services we provide. If, for any reason, we do not meet your expectations, you can:
